By creating a workspace, connecting third-party credentials, or utilizing our headless automation infrastructure in any capacity, you and your organization agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms govern your access to and use of the Vonmatic platform, including all features, tools, and services provided within.

1. Workspace Accounts & Multi-Tenancy

Upon registration, you are granted a limited, non-transferable right to operate isolated automation environments ("Workspaces") within the Vonmatic platform. Each workspace functions as an independent, siloed execution container.

  • User Liability: You bear strict liability for all automated actions, payloads, and messages triggered under your workspace identity, including those initiated by invited team members operating under delegated access.
  • Role Separation Authority: Workspace Owners and Admins hold full authority to invite external accounts, modify automation configurations, adjust credential bindings, or execute termination sequences. Actions taken by any role within your workspace are attributed to the workspace owner's account.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that your legal guardian has consented to your use of the platform.

2. Subscription Tiers & Resource Limits

Vonmatic enforces resource cap limits based on your active plan. These caps are programmatically enforced at the infrastructure level.

// Soft-Pause Enforcement

Programmatic guards soft-pause pipeline executions when reaching 100% of monthly message limits, active automation slots, or sub-client allocations. Execution resumes automatically upon a tier upgrade or billing cycle reset.

// Pay-As-You-Go Pathways

Certain business-critical pathways may default to a pay-as-you-go rate in the future to avoid mid-month service disruptions. If and when billing is introduced, you will be notified in advance and must explicitly opt in before any automated charges apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"), in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • ▪Digital Content Exception: If you explicitly consent to immediate access to the platform upon purchase and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided, the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply.
  • ▪How to Cancel: Email billing@vonmatic.com or use the cancellation button in your workspace billing settings. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
  • ▪Pro-Rata Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle after the cooling-off period, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days.

4. Credential Injection & Platform Liability

You must possess legitimate authorization for any credentials injected into your workspace. All integrations must comply with the respective third-party platform's terms of service, including but not limited to Meta's anti-spam policies, WhatsApp Business API guidelines, and Shopify's acceptable use policies.

Liability Disclaimer: Vonmatic is a headless workflow wrapper. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vonmatic shall not be liable for losses arising from an external provider limiting, flagging, suspending, or banning customer keys due to the nature, volume, or frequency of automated traffic routed through our orchestration engine. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not utilize the headless orchestration engine to distribute unsolicited spam, run deceptive phishing sequences, process unlawful financial data, or execute scripts designed to overwhelm external servers (denial-of-service attacks).

⚠ Enforcement: Violations of this acceptable use policy result in immediate workspace suspension and permanent deletion of all associated isolated n8n workflow instances without refund. Vonmatic reserves the right to report criminal activity to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

  • ▪Your Content: You retain full ownership of all workflows, templates, data, and configurations you create within your workspace. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
  • ▪Our Platform: The Vonmatic platform, including its source code, design, branding, pre-built automation blueprints, documentation, and underlying infrastructure, is the exclusive property of Vonmatic and is protected by international copyright and trademark law.
  • ▪License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our pre-built automation blueprints within your workspace for the duration of your active subscription.

7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

While our platform runs on high-availability infrastructure via Vercel and Supabase managed PostgreSQL, all services are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis.

  • ▪We make no guarantees of uninterrupted execution routing, zero-downtime deployments, or absolute message delivery success rates.
  • ▪Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vonmatic's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • ▪Exclusions: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including EU/UK consumer protection law).

8. Force Majeure

Vonmatic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, cyberattacks, or supply chain disruptions. In such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

9. The "Danger Zone" & Termination

You may terminate service at any time by initiating a workspace deletion sequence inside your dashboard console's "Danger Zone" panel. Upon confirmation, our system immediately:

  • →Cleans your workspace footprint from the primary database
  • →Commands the orchestration engine to scrub all background n8n workflow instances
  • →Permanently drops all stored cryptographic vault records (encrypted credentials)

This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstance. Billing records are retained as required by law (see our Privacy Policy, Section 9).

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes:

  • ▪We will notify you via email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
  • ▪A notice will appear in your workspace dashboard.
  • ▪If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may terminate your account before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • ▪For Business Users: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • ▪For EU/UK Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
